The BGC of Dieppe expects every executive member, staff, volunteer, parent and all members to conduct themselves in a fair and responsible manner and are refrain from comments or behaviours which are disrespectful, offensive, abusive, racist or sexist.Protecting our children from all form of abuse and harassment, whether emotional, physical,neglectful, and sexual or of bullying type is an important element of safety. The BGC of Dieppe considers any form of abuse or harassment to be unacceptable and will do all it can to prevent this intolerance social problem. Being committed to the highest possible standards of care, the BGC of Dieppe will not tolerate any form of abuse or harassment towards any individuals within its jurisdiction.
The protection of confidential business information is vital to the interests and the success of the BGC of Dieppe. Such confidential information includes, but not limited to, the following examples:

All employees are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as a condition of employment. Employees who improperly use or disclose confidential business information will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and legal action, even if they do not actually benefit from disclosed information.
